      MONDAY: 5mile run at 8 minute pace
TUESDAY: 3mile at 7 minute pace
         WEDNESDAY: 8mile run at 8.5min pace
THURSDAY: 5mile run at 8 min pace or speed work (800s and 400s)
FRIDAY: Just Lift
SATURDAY: 10-15 mile run at 8-9min pace
SUNDAY: 3-5mile run at 6-8min pace

EXTRA WORK:
EVERY SATURDAY: 600Pushups 24setsX25reps each with 30seconds rest
